[Solved] Geeetech G2S problems after firmware upload

Hi
I am having problems with my G2S printer
Last night i updated the firmware on my printer via arduino and nothing special there.
The change was the name shown in the display from Geeetech to my own name.
But after the update and all looked good the printer have started to do weird stuff.
I have uploaded the original firmware again with 0 changes but no luck.
when ever i click "home all" in the printer menu the stepper motors starts to move VERY VERY slowly in one or the other direction and i have to reset the printer
I have tried to udload a repetier firmware i once used that also worked, it does sort of work and the motors run ok when i try to home it here but that firmware / config is something i did not want to use as i could never get it working 100% okish and went back to the stock firmware that i have been running until last night.
any idea why the stock firmware makes the motors do what ever the *beep* they are doing..
Video of the issue can be seen here, turn volume up to hear the stepper motors go very slow.
