Temperature problem.

Hello,

I always had a temperature problem with this Rostock 301 printer which displays 15 ° instead of 19 ° either on the bed or on the head.
So I updated my firmware to version 1.0.03 but the problem persists. Can you help me?

Hi.

How would you determine this discrepancy, based on what :?:

Hi,

no idea, it is clear that these are not the thermistors since the bed and the heating head are certainly not manufactured in the same place.
And so we should have made the error 2x :(

Otherwise I'm on the temperature of the place because I have a thermostat and another printer (Geetech I3 Pro C) nearby.

Hi.

Ok. I can understand. :D
You have two printers and you have noticed differences in indications.

Ask your friends you may be able to borrow a pyrometer from someone. Then you will be able to find out which indication is more wrong.

This is a natural behaviour.
If you want you can try to correct it by modifying the printer firmware.

Hi,

No, the Geetech I3 pro C gives the same temperature as the thermostat of the house and the Rostock 301 gives a false temperature.

I'm sure I'm not the only one with the problem but nobody talks about it.

Since we can not trust the temperature of this printer it is unusable

Can the technical service explain the problem?

I think you should remove the thermistor off then you can test the temp of it correct or not.
Maybe the connect of the thermistor is not good.

it is the 2 thermistors of the rostock 301 which give a false temperature, as well the bed as the heating body and that since the purchase.
So it's inevitably on the motherboard that the problem is

If you think it is the motherboard issue.
You need to feedback it to :
