My printer shows only four rows of green blocks

the printer has a problem when I wanted to upgrade firmware
Why is the GTM32 engineer not answering the buyers' questions?

Please experienced user answer my lcd problem
(how to fix)

I have taken delivery from the distributor {enes.ir} of a ruined printer .
There is no reply and no Service after sales even at the forum
geeetech company only thinks of more profits and selling of faulty products.
It 's very embarrassing that the buyer is left unanswered and helpful.
Is the rest of Producers 3D technology irresponsibility irresponsible ?

No. I am sure that only geeetech does not have a Service after sales
The buyer will not receive technical assistance after payment

and for GTM32 pro, maybe you should burn the bootloader at first and then upload the correct firmware.
