hi i am trying to calibrate my Rostock 301, i already found the delta radius (94,6), and the Diagonal Rod is 200, it move off approximately in a plane. But when I go a point example 0,85,0 the distance is ok between the nozzle and the platform , after i travel the others points, and when I return to 0,85,0 the distance not is the same as the first time. Can you help me?

Перед электронной калибровкой надо провести механическое выравнивание стола (регулируется тремя винтами). Желательно установить по всем винтам одинаковое расстояние от платформы (например, 15,99 +- 0,02 мм). Только после этого можно приступать к электронному выравниванию. После изменения радиуса дельта, необходимо снова пройти по точкам 2, 3, 4. Если выравнивание не произошло, необходимо повторить настройку по этим точкам, потом снова проверить точку 1. Если в точке 1 расстояние будет больше 0, то необходимо увеличить радиус дельта (94,6 - 95), если расстояние слишком мало, надо уменьшить радиус дельта (94,6 - 94) и вновь провести проверку по точкам 2, 3, 4. И так повторять, пока во всех точках не выравняется ноль. Успехов.
