Nozzle drops after ~ 1 min

Hi

We have a small problem with our newly built Delta G2S printer. The noddle drops, like the step motor turns off.

In this video we just started the printer, no usb connected. Centered the noddle with the "Auto Home" command. Then we wait 1 min and it drops to the bed.

It also does that when using the EasyPrint3d program.

Maybe someone knows what could be causing this?

Go to thingiverse, there is a carriage clip you can download that you place on the vertical bars and when the printing is done it will prevent the spider from dropping. The issue is that after a while the controller turns off the stepper motors which are then free to spin and the weight of the spider causes it to drop.
