A10M Profile for Simlify3D
Hello Together!
I am new here and generally a total beginner with 3D Printing..
I have a new A10M Print and Simplify3D 4.1
Can somebody export and send me the FFF Profile for the A10M Printer for SimpliFy3D 4.1?
Thanks &
Best Regards

Re: A10M Profile for Simlify3D
I just got my A10M last week and have found almost no help in creating an FFF for it.
I have assembled the following profile that is fairly decent. I'm having some issues with blobs at the end of each layer. Most likely they would go away if I turned off my octoprint timelapse. It is set to move the print clear of the print head after every layer to snap a shot of it. Still trying to fine tune it. My CR10s has the same timelapse and has no blob issues.
Attached is my current FFF if you want to give it a whirl. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Re: A10M Profile for Simlify3D
Good Morning!
Thanks for your Answer!
I am a complete newbie in the 3D Printing world...
so that I do not really have much idea of the whole, but try to constantly train and learn new
A big thank you for providing a self-created profile! I'll try it right this weekend
Is there really no prefabricated functional profile directly from SimpliFy3D?
Thanks again and have a nice Day
Mark

Re: A10M Profile for Simlify3D
There is an A10 profile, but it isn't set up for 2 extruders. Also, it doesn't appear to be calibrated right.
I have attached my latest FFF file with some slight tweaks. Mainly to fan cooling.
I did have to update my extruder steps per mm in the printer firmware. After doing a 100mm extruder calibration test, I found that it pulled less than 80 mm of filament. I updated the steps per mm in the firmware from 340 to 460. After that my shells and infill meshed much better.
I still haven't eliminated the stringing issue, but my latest 20mm test cube print came out damn good.

Good Morning!
You are very welcome. I hope all goes well for you.
Here is my latest print using the FFF I posted. I just had to turn on a prime pillar because it is a dual color print.

I don't own an A10, but I don't see any reason that it wouldn't work.
I'm still working on fine tuning stringing issues. Hopefully I'll have a solution this week.
