Serial Port Speed Witz Arduino 1.0.1?

Hello, I've tried to upload new firmware to my I3 Pro B. I've downloaded Arduino 1.0.1 and the actual Firmware. Trying to connect to my printer I've used the serial monitor
https://snaptube.cam/. Within this I can't set the required port speed to 250000, so geht no connections and can't Download actual configuration data. With the newest version of Arduino this works fine and I get the configuration info downloaded. But using this I get compilation errors. Any suggestions.

To compile newer firmware versions you got to use Arduino IDE 1.8.x.
Otherwise I recommend you try VSCode for this.
