red A4988 Bad voltage value

Hi, my X-asxis A4899 (red) have a bad voltage from the srcrew and the ground, i find 0,02V and when i try to increase it jump to 5,00 V without any intermediate value https://snaptube.cam/ 9apps. The oders A4899 are set correctly to 1,1V. I must change the controller?
Any suggestion?
