[Problem] Axis Configuration

Hello, I have purchased an I3 pro B and it looked nice and all, I enjoyed building that but now some problem have popped up.

When i try to configurate the axis, as the manual suggest, and see if they works via the LCD panel here is what I got so far:

Y Axis is only going forward, is not going back on track were the endstop is.
X Axis is going home when i choose the "Autohome" option but when trying to scrolling it via LCD it start at the middle of the rod and wont budge in any direction no mor (it still move freely when the printer and steppers are disabled)
Z Axis is not going at the home/endstop when pressing the autohome option.

Did I have to make some configuration on the firmware and update it? If so, where and how?
Please do help cause the product looks nice and all but if those things dont work is only a bunch of pieces and nuts.
