Hi there - I have been having some issues with print quality which I believe may be related to the make of filament that I use. Basically the print quality with the short length of filament that was supplied with the printer is excellent. However as we only have a short length of this I purcased a full reel of ANYCUBIC PLA 1.75MM (sky blue) when I try to print using this filament at 215 degC the print quality is extremely poor at the extruder motor skips. So my question is what filament is supplied with the printer kit and would such differences be expected?
Regards
M

Hi, You can provide your print photos,
Print quality is also related to the consumables themselves.

Hi William and thanks for your advice. Iam afraid that I do not have a good comparison photos. I guess that I was surprised at how much difference simply changing the make of PLA made to the print quality.
I would to know the make of filament supplied with the kit printer as this was so much better, do you know where it came from?
Thanks.

Hi, Before you print, you need to level the hot bed;
Then the printing speed is recommended to be 30-60mm / s;
If the layer height is about 80% of the nozzle,
If it is a consumable problem, you can try another consumable.
