Y axis only moves one side

Hi, I have a Geeetech PI3 Pro B, I have been using it for a year without problems. Now the Y axis moves forward but does not recede. I exchange the X and Y axis drivers and the problem in the Y axis remains the same. I connect the Y axis motor to the X axis connector on the board, and the X axis motor to the Y axis connector and the X axis motor fails. I bought a GT2560 Rev. A + card, installed it and the problem is exactly the same. What may be causing this failure?

Hello, I did the the stop end test using the M119 command. With the original GT2560 board it says:
X_min: open
Y_min: TRIGGERED
Z_min: open
even disconnecting the end stop switch from the board.
And with a new GT2560 board:
X_min: open
Y_min: TRIGGERED
Z_min: TRIGGERED
Does it means that both boards are bad???

Hello, the problem was solved. I had a wrong connection on the Y axis stop switch. I thougth they were normally open but not, they have to be connected as normally closed position. You guided me to the solution, thanks a lot.
