To little filament while auto printing

Hi,
since three days I own my used Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro B.
Almost everything is working fine.
But I've got problems with the extruder (0.5mm nozzle) while auto printing.
In manual mode the filament comes out, while auto printing it doen't (just a small thread).

I tried to feed the hotend manually: It was easy to me, to feed it an a lot of filament came out.
The spring at the feeder is working well and there is no "click" while feeding.
I've also tried with 3mm distance to the glass plate, does work manually but no automatically.

I can't realize the problem...

Yes, but there are very small steps.

I've calibrated my extruder (and z-axis), now it's working but the result is bad - see pic.

Additional to this, the z-axis (tries) to move fast while auto homing and is blocking thereby.
I've got already reduced the z-axis speed, but this isn't working while auto homing.

Who can help?

Hi, Are you referring to your z-axis not moving properly?

If you can't move normally, you can check the following points:

1. Check if the threaded rod of the z-axis is bent or lacks thread if it needs to be replaced;

2. Check if the brass nut is installed too tightly and loosen it properly.
