Hi everyone,
I have a problem in 3d printing. As you can see in the picture, there is a breakdown in the layers on the x axis. Can someone help me?
Thank you

Hi, You can try 1. Check the belt tightness of each axis;
2. Check if the bearing and the pulley are issued (can be lubricated for lubrication);
3. Check the drive board voltage (0.8-1.2V);
4. Maybe the printing speed is too fast, so you can reduce the printing speed appropriately.
I hope this can help you.

Thanks William, I try and let you know. What is the correct belt tension? What is the correct tension?

Hi ,It can be said that it is not particularly tight enough to move, and it will not be loose and there is a big gap.

Hello
I applied your advice and the printing is much improved. As you can see, there is still a small mistake. Can you give me some other advice?
Thank you

Hi, It still looks like an offset, maybe you still need to check the previous ones and print at a speed that is not too fast.
