unable to install the driver ?

hello i recently got this printer as my first 3d printing device and thought it would be fun to build and make. however i have run into one main issue when i have come to using it i cannot install the driver needed. i talked to tech support and i didnt get an anwser oh how to fix it i will add an image so you know what is happenenig. i just really need help.

Isn't the problem due to the restrictions on your account?
Are you installing this driver with administrator privileges

Good day to all!
System Vinda7prof. Nout Lenovo. FLsun 3d printer Prusa i3.
I install according to the instructions to the printer. I connect the printer to USB.
Com tries to find the driver and does not find. In the properties it says that the driver
not installed. Trying to put the CH341SER writes that the wrong section
installation service in this .inf file.
Demolished the driver. Trying to put the CH340G through the update driver, gives -
The driver is not designed to work on this platform.
I spent half a day and the result was zero.

You can try to use the WIN10 auto driver auto update.
Open the device manager then you can find it.
