Hello!

We are facing more than one issue and we need help.

1) The motors of Z-axis when clicking AUTO HOME were going up and they stopped immediately after.
2) we inverted the cables and now the motors when clicking AUTO HOME go down but they stop immediately after.
3) if I set the motor to go to 80mm from the control panel (LCD) the motors go down but if I set them back toward ZERO they do not go back, so they move just in one direction.

What are we supposed to do?

Hello.


Such a symptom may be caused by a weak contact between the pins of the stepstick module in its socket.
You can try to remove the module from the socket and insert it again.
This is done with the printer power off and the USB cable disconnected.
