"A device attached to the system is not functioning"

Post by froggy » Fri Jan 11, 2019 3:36 am

Hi
I'm trying to connect my I3 Pro B for the first time via the print cable to my Windows 10 computer. I have checked all connection settings and tried to access via Repetier Host and Server. The port shows a device connected but when trying to connect (with the printer either switched on or off at the main switch) I get this error:
pro B connection error.PNG

I've checked that the printer works via the control panel and routed the cables so that high power and data are seperate.
Can anyone advise what I need to do?
Thanks
froggy
