Printer not filling correctly

Hi, I am fairly new to 3D printing although I have used them at work. I have just completed build of a new I3 Pro B. All the axes move smoothly, belts are tensioned ok. Firmware is 1.0.2. The problem I have is that whatever I print, the outline is ok but when the fill is done it does not follow the shape outline at all. I am using Repetier-Host V1.6.0 with Slic3r. The print preview looks ok. I believe I have set all the settings in the config.h correctly but maybe I missed something. I've searched around on this forum and more generally but I have not found anything like this happening. This is quite repeatable, each print comes out the same. Please help! The photo is of my attempt to print the plate model which is suggested as a first model to try.

You can refer to these:
1.Check the belt of the x/y loose or not
2.You can check the vref to the A4988
Try to set the vref of it to 1.1v

Hi William,
The belts are tight.
I cannot adjust the X-axis pot to get 1.1V. I can get it to go from 0 to 0.39V and then it will jump to 5V. The pot on the X-axis board is different to on the other three boards. Perhaps the X-axis board is faulty?

You can swap the a4988 of X axis and Y axis then you can know the result.
It is not normal for this board. You need to contact the sales to send you the replacement.

Hi,
I ordered a replacement driver board from Amazon for next day delivery. I fitted it, adjusted the voltage to 1.0V and the printer now works correctly.
Many thanks for your help.
