I'm having quite a problem. My printer wasn't showing anything but 0/0 for the heat bed temperature after a horribly failed print. I noticed the black wire of the thermistor had come lose from the leg, probably due to shoddy soldering. I tried soldering the two back together, and turned the display back on. Still nothing. I've had to scrap the thermistor, wires and connector and need new ones SOON (I've got a deadline for quite a large project coming up). I emailed customer support, but they haven't gotten back to me. This is urgent, so does anyone know where it would be possible to get a new thermistor, wires and the connector, ideally asap?

As far as you know the type of components needed, the purchase should not be a problem.
These elements are easily accessible. Look in online stores with electronic components.
