How to calibrate the Z axis.

Guys how did you calibrate the Z axis? my Z doesnt know where his home at he is just going there but not stopping

anyway I found out that in thier manual they show the wrong place to connect the Z endstop, and I just changed in the Arduino, the Configuration.h tab the const bool Z_MIN_ENDSTOP_INVERTING to false and const bool Z_MAX_ENDSTOP_INVERTING to false
This is the right connections to the board GT2560 unlike thier manual which is wrong.
