No Steppers working

Suddenly none of my stepper motors follow commands to move. I have re uploaded the firmware and try to adjustv the drivers. They do not respond to adjustment.

All the stepper motors?
Are the lights near the power slot light up?
Can you heat up the hot end and hot bed?
