First print problem

Hi to all,
I try to start my first print with I3B but I got some trouble. I tried to load my sample to the printer but set temperature are not loaded and printer doesn't start.
Any help?

Have you tried to make a head movement from the slicer panel?

Did you print through SD card or USB?
Can you directly set temperature through LCD or slicer software?

Hi
I use the one installed, no software upgrade is done.
I connect the printer via USB.
No I'm not able to move the extruder by slicer

What can I do?
