TMC2100 GT2560 Rev A+

Got some from China, 4 x TMC2100 v1.3
And keep skipping steps on Y-axis and also my extruder.
Have followed various guides, but most contradict each other, and the config sheet the suppliers gave me doesn't seem to work with my brain!!

Have used bridging wire on top, to connect CFG1 > GND (skipped steps) so in stealthchop
have set voltage to 0.8v as advised here:

Have since removed wire, and used CFG1 pads on underside.
But there are 3! bridged the 2 on right together (still skipped)
bridged 3 and wouldn't even power on the LCD!!! [either with just usb or PSU)
Wicked off all solder so back to no config.

I want stealthCycle with 256, so the table shows: lines 3,6 & 7? for CFG1

Please could someone translate the picture for me.
