3d touch lvl sensor no move

Goodmorning
I have instaled correctly the sensor since 1 month,

I have used my print without problem until now but today,
The sensor is blocked but the Led is lighted, when i use the test command, the sensor dont move , after the test command the sensor flash like error response.
Can you help me please ?
I m afraid about a problem of welding inside the sensor cause the sensor is passed to error when i touch the cable.

1.Check the wiring again
2.You should re-adjust the screw of the top
