GT2560 3D printer control board package

hi
i did assemble my diy printer with a GT2560 board
uploaded the marlin firmware given on this forum for such printer
then tried to operate it with easyprint.....nothing happens....all 5 motors are silent....no heat on the nozzle neither on the bed
checked each motor (led method) they look OK
when connecting the com port it seems the printer get the connection order since there is a small noise and easyprint states "connected"
so i do not know What to do
could you help ?
