problemi di stampa - estrusore

Buongiorno,
abbiamo appena finito di assemblare la geeetech Prusa I 3 pro B.......
1- la stampante non viene riconosciuta dal computer tramite USB
2- l'estrusore non gira (immagino sia un problema di Firmware)...quando carico il file di stampa la stampante inizia il percorso di stampa ma non esce il filamento
3- se fosse quello non so come caricare il nuovo firmware

qualcuno mi può aiutare?

Firmware problem is not my first thought.

Connect the extruder to another driver (with no filament loaded) and run it by that drive instead.
If it runs, then there is a problem with the driver.
If not, I'm guessing it's some kind of connection problem.
