I3 Pro B & Creality 3D Viewer (Camera) Issues

Hi
I’m struggling to get my Creality 3D Viewer camera to connect to my i3Pro B
I got the camera linked to the app, but when I plug it into the printer there’s a click sound, the screen goes off momentarily and there’s an orange light that comes on, again momentarily.

Anyone had success linking the two or can they not be linked
