A30 3D Printer help!

So i recently purchased a A30 Geeetech 3D printer, i have set everything up but when I turn it on the touch screen does not turn on. I can see the control box that it turns a red light on the sides, and the fans and everything else turn on. The touchscreen however will simply not turn on and I have never played around with 3D printers so i am unsure what to do. Please help!!
