Hi, trying to level bed on new A30, with the bed at it's lowest you need to raise print head to clear the bed. Setting Z to 2 mm allows you to level bed, but when you try to set auto it tries to punch a hole in the hot plate, Z keeps going to - 1.000mm. Tried factory reset, tried reinstalling latest software to try to clear / reset auto leveling.

Something is basically wrong and I cannot see it.
