I cannot get any of the Smartto tools to run from my Windows 10 machine.
The printer is hooked up througha USB cable and I can controle the printer with any slicer software.
I have turned off all virus and firewall protection and continue to get this screen(see below) with any of the Smartto tools.
Yes there a functioning micro sd card in the printer.
Please help

PS The pic is blurry because it shows up for a fraction of a second on the screen.
I video taped it then did a screen shot of the video paused. It took me a long time to get this. It is the best I could do.
