A30 display working but no touch

I have a problem as in subject. I bought A30 with "dead display". Naturally the issue was that the display firmware was not updated, so I did that, manually by loading the A30_S01_V1_38.bin and system folder to the display's SD card, rebooted printer and it woke up, it goes through boot (logo and then main menu) but the touch is non responsive. How do I proceed? I have the GT32 Pro VD mainboard, running on 24V and the display seems to be the latest one, available in the Geeetech store. See attached photos:

The printer is (quite) functional when controlling it using Repetier or Octoprint - moving, heats bed and hotend and even "tries" to print.

I'm sorry I missed it before. Your motherboard only has one light on. You need to replace the motherboard. Three lights should be on when the power is turned on normally.

Hi,the motherboard looks good, you can unplug the screen cable again, it may be poor contact.

Tried that, no luck
I even checked the connections with multimeter, on the display sockets' pins on both sides when the cable is connected. All good.
Would it help to connect serial port adapter to one of the diagnostic pins on the display board, to check whether it sends anything when touching? I guess it would require some debug to be available on it... and the question is to which one I should connect there is the JST connector (white, near the edge of the board) and Dupont (black, in the middle of the board, near SD slot). I saw you William suggesting Alex to connect serial cable to the display board but he has different one...

Hi,the screen is just unable to display the motor.
There should be a screen failure,
you can contact the salesperson on the purchase platform to replace it.

That is bad news, but thanks.
I there any way to repair this screen/diagnose it what happened? I can see Alexy in the other post, has the same issue with brand new screen received from you... Looks like software related issue.

If you did not flash the firmware, it should be irrelevant.
