12V A30 Disassembly guide?
I have an A30 which i was taking apart (inside the control box) in order to look at upgrading the fans, mounting some of it on soft mounts to reduce the vibration noise etc. and took photos as i did it - unfortunately i've had some data corruption and lose a significant number of the photos.
I'm not that with electrionics and am paranoid about wiring it back up wrong and frying something.
Is there a PDF or a wiring guide for the older 12V model - i have the board, the LCD, the USB/SD board, the PSU and other bits and need to connect all the spade connectors back up properly.
Just hoping i can check some photos and be sure i am getting it all back up correctly. Hoping to look at mounting all the electronics in a box under the base too and make the machine a little more practical for my setup here
Thanks in advance - i did search and read through but couldnt find anything

Hi,you can refer to this:
and if your motherboard is mini you can refer to this:
if your motherboard is GT32 PRO VD you can refer to this:

Thanks, I'll have to check through that.
Recovered almost all of the pictures and got on with it.
Almost all OK - only thing wrong is the heated bed warms up to 70-75c quickly and control via touchscreen or pronterface doesn't seem to work.
Any obvious suggestion to something I might have got back to front?

Hi, You mean turning on the printer,
Does the hot bed temperature rise automatically?
if so,
You can unplug the hot-bed wire from the motherboard,
Look at the temperature display,
If it shows high temperature, there is a problem with the motherboard.
If -14 is displayed, measure the thermistor on the hot bed.

Re: 12V A30 Disassembly guide?
Thanks - somehow i had the power wires in and out of the bed in the wrong way so when it was meant to me off it was on automatically.
This A30 is an older i think V2.1 hardware model - i have an SKR board spare from a previous Ender 3 upgrade - it has TMC2208 steppers. Is it possible for me to use those on the A30 to make it quieter? I am hoping to put all the electronics in a box under the printer so it is easier to move and transport, i will be using bigger quieter fans for the cooling including in the PSU. If i could use the quieter stepper drivers that would be great.
Though maybe i am better just replacing the board? The one i have is this model but a newer version?

Hi,The 12V power supply uses a GT32 mini motherboard.
If you are using TMC2208,
It is necessary to change the motor running direction of the replacement drive board.
You can refer to: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=60639&p=82054#p82054
