Firmware Load Problem

I have tried to update firmware from two different Win10 laptops. I had to load the USB driver with the first laptop but it was recognized on the 2nd laptop as the CH340 chip. Has anyone been able to update their A30 with the Smartto version 2.0 tool? The board is listed as version 3.1 on the control panel. I am able to move the 3 axis using Cura but cannot update firmware from it because there doesn't appear to be a hex file for it. As it stands i cannot update my printer to do auto-bed leveling and it sometimes resets due to the USB software issue. Is it possible I have a bad mainboard in my printer? Is there anything else i can try?

Thank you.

I thought perhaps you had suggested that I try to load a HEX file using CURA. I thought maybe you were offering to create a Hex file for the A30 so I could do that, maybe that isn't possible with the A30?

so I am going to set this firware updating aside and try to print from my PC. I will let you know how it goes.

:D Hi, we think it may be a dpi problem of the screen,
the program is too small when calculating the display size
You can try to adjust the resolution.

Problem solved!!!!\
display resolution was not the problem. However,
Laptop was set with 150% text scaling. reduced to 100%.
I also got rid of medium icons for small.

Thank you for your help William. You guys got me thinking.!!
