Display dark after update firmware A30

Hi together,

I have a problem with my A30 printer, after I wanted to update (with EasyPrint3D) the firmware the display is dark.
I tried all descripted things - but nothing happened. viewtopic.php?f=20&t=68694

In my Geeetech A30 there were no sd-card in the display, but I tried an other (1Gb) to get the firmware on the display.

But when ever I put the files on the sd-card an put it in the display-slot, after switching on and wait a while and switch off the bin-file and config.txt was deleted from the sd-card. And also the display is still dark.

Is there anybody who have a solutuion to get the display running? The Printer by it selve can used by EasyPrint3D, but that's not the way I want to use it...

hopefully I get soon a answer.

Hi, You mean the screen can be displayed but it is very dark,
Or is the screen blank?

If the screen is blank, you can try to update the UI.

Make sure your SD card is inserted when updating the firmware.

Hi,
the display shows nothing - like switched off.(...but the LED from LCD are on....)

I try also viewtopic.php?f=65&t=60740
But after doing this and check the sd-card again the bin-file and the config.txt are gone from the sd-card. They are deleted from display after switching on.

And when I try to use smatto_upgrador_1_2_for Win (select A30_M_LCD_V1_37.bin) is shows:

deceted LCD bin file!
Initializing Global Configuration...
Entering Normal Mode....
Start to Upgrade LCD...
Upgrading failed! Detail: Reach to max tried!
"

Also A30_V3 is not working....

So the result is still the same. It seems there is something wrong in the installed LCD-UI. Is there a possibility the delete the LCD-software direct on the LCD?

Hi, If this happens，You need to insert an external memory card.

I try it - not working.

But now I hear 2 times a "beep" when switch on and also when smartoo wants to update the LCD.

Which software should be on the main-board? A30_VD_S_V1_58.bin?
and LCD A30_M_LCD_V1_37.bin?

About easyprint does not recommend using updated firmware,
There may be a problem.

I try now everything. Display still black.
I build this out. The name written on the board ist Smartto_LCD 3.2'' VER2.1 FRA.1.6mm 2019-09-05.

It looks different to the pictures in the Internet. Is this maybe the problem, that the LCD-Software did not work with this Display?

Hi, Did you download the A30_V1.38.59 version?
The first upload is A30_M07_V1_59,
Then insert the SD card when uploading A30_S01_V1_38?

If the screen still cannot be displayed after uploading correctly,
There may be a problem with the screen.

I have the same problem, but i've resolved the mother board and lcd firmware update , with VER2, but the lcd screen still dark.
if you want the solution let me know.
