I try a firmware update via easy print 3 D software
After i had a blackscreen!!!!!!!

So i search and i want to solve the problem with this video

I do this and its not help
I search here and i remove the sd card 3 times and copy some software on it
It doesnt help

Have someone any ideas

1: i copy the files to the sd card ok
System file
config,text and A30_M_LCD_V1_37.bin file

Then i follow the rules
I open smart to fimware tool and i copy the m File
A30_APP_M_V1.35.56
If i doing this i get the following failure in smart to program

Error: Upgrading failed! Received Time out
I started with the m file
sd card was implemented i checked
? What can i do

Hm know i will Check this in 3 weeks.now i am in Holiday.
To prevent this mistake i would recommend for all dont make a Update with easy Print 3 d. I am a beginner in 3 d Print . I found this in easy Print and normaly a Firmware Update is good.
OK i never give up. And this Forum is helpfull.
? I would by a new Motherboard May in combination with a Screen.
? Is the Software installed or have i flash the Software.
? Is the Motherboard easy to replace

If this error still occurs,
You can replace the screen and motherboard;
Firmware on the motherboard;
If you replace it, you may need to take a picture of the wiring for easy reference.

I will try to flash the Software also via Linux.
If i find something new i will Post it.
? What is the Produkt number for the Mainboard Order.
? If a Shop in Europe available.
Have any other an Idea to solve the blackscreen Problem. History
The Problem start via Firmware-Update with easy Print Software. The Screen going black and the Update was not working. After 1 hour Put the Switch at the printer Off. After on no screen

I try to flash the Software with the Tool
Time Out failure
Third step
Remove the SD Card from the Screen delete the Software and Copy the newest Version on the SD card
Fourth step
I will Install the Driver Manualy

Restart the system

After restart LCD screen is not working
I had copy the system to t
he LCD screen all files
? Is this a mainboard problem or is the LCD screen damged
i use also a differnt sd card

Hi，you need first flash M file，then flash S file.
if also the problem about the lcd screen.
you can copy these unzipped files directly to the root of sd
Then insert the SD card into the SD card slot on the side of the screen and turn on the printer.

If the motherboard and lcd versions do not match,
Cannot make the screen light up.
