A30 Different Level Every Time....

In leveling the A30, I get a different result EVERY time I set the level - I can do the procedure once, immediately turn around and do it again, and get a different result - Just when I think I've got it, I send a print job and it's either so low it's actually etching my super plate with the nozzle, or it's over an 1/8" away from the surface - different every time. This is a new printer to me, although not my first 3d printer - I've looked through the forum and haven't seen anything similar. Any help appreciated.

Hi, You may need to level the hotbed and nozzle again,
The distance between the nozzle and the hot bed is the distance of a 70g A4 leveling paper.
For specific operations, you can refer to this:

OF COURSE.... I've studied the leveling method - watched videos, I KNOW that it's the thickness of a piece of paper..... I'm not getting the same results each time I level the table - It's different every time I do it - even if I do it right after I've just done it....
If it were the obvious answer, I wouldn't need help.....

I don't think I need to send a video of it making spaghetti....
I've described the problem clearly - I'm losing patience with this piece of junk...
Can you make ONE suggestion? Any ideas at all beyond the obvious? I'm not willing to waste any more time or money on this - I just need some help.

Hi, You can try to check if your z-axis limit switch is fixed,
Tighten it, check whether the hot bed itself is loose, and tighten it.

Only in your eyes. stay calm and come down ...
"My car is not starting. what is the problem? And everybody whom do not help me with my commands are not welcome... "
Here are poeple answering in their free time. If you give as much as possible information, you will get better answers.
You think you will have a leveling problem? Maybe. But maybe you are using wrong settings anywhere in your slicer or whatever.
And by the way... video would also include audio. So maybe a proffesional can hear some noises e. g. from your stepmotor or what else.
Or we see during the motion of the bed some unusual motions, what ever....
It's your choice what you do. You can just throw the printer away, nobody will care.
Or you can accept help given to you and then answer the questions. You decide how easy it is to help you.

Hi.
I had the same problem on my new A30
I found that the positioning of the Z axis end stop switch meant that the frame was contacting the switch on the side of the bend on the arm of the switch and not directly on top of the bend. I removed the switch and mounting plate and slotted the holes that mount the plate to the frame. On reassembling line the bend on the switch arm to contact the frame.
Hope this helps.

Added the Capacitve Proximity Switch Sensor for auto leveling - no difference.... I get a different height on the extruder every time I print. Run the leveling again, and I get a different height.
