Slow auto bed leveling - solution

Bed leveling with contactless probe is too slow.
1) movements between measuring points can be as fast as 160 mm/s
2) once the correct height is detected, extruder does not need to go to far upwards. It can oscilate around to point in milimeters, not centimeters
3) movement up can ba faster then movement down. It don't makes calibration worse
