Hey guys, hopefully someone can help me.

I have realy big issues with my a30 and realy no idea how to fix them. I realy cant tell what the main problem is. So i will try to explain what i see.

One of the biggest Problems is that its impossible to level the bet.I level nr5 (middle) and then go arround the other 4 points. If i am returning to no5 the nozzle is to far from the bed. every time. Sometimes i get it managed to feel a realy realy slightly preasure from the nozze on the paper by returning to no5. thats everything i can achive by leveling.

next issue is if i start printing the nozzle heats up. at 160-170° the filament starts to poor out of the nozzle. Coauses a long tail of cold filment while traveling to start position. The cold filament want stick to the plate an causes a failed print every time. i dont know how to fix this.

I am using Cura tryed with default and an a30 profile i found here. I have white geetech filament.

The printer arrived 1 day ago and i am a complete newbie to 3d printing.

Thanks for your help so far.

Best regards
R-os

:D Hi, If you are referring to PLA consumables, you can try to print at temperatures around 200°.
The distance between the nozzle and the hot bed is the distance of a 70gA4 leveling paper.

You can provide specific problem videos so that we can solve the problem better.

Hi,

One of the pictures shows the problem i discribed. The oozing nozzle before the print starts.

I managed to manual fix this problem. Before print I heated up the nozzle in that manual mode than pushed pla through and than let the printer pull it back.Than started printing with an outline.
After half of the outline the filament starts to came out of the nozzle and sticked on the bed.

I printed a boat and half of the testprint(not enough time sadly).

Temp was on 210 and the bed on 50.

Hi, you can check if your machine is loose and tighten it;
Whether the bearing or the pulley is issued, and the card is lubricated for lubrication.
Is the consumable diameter changed to 1.75 in cura?
Print speed can be referenced: 30-60mm/s

Hi, thanks for your help so far. I will check your points.

I am worried about if it is just an adjustment problem or something Is wrong with the hardware.

What is your opinion when you see the first prints? So far I hope that it is just adjustment and not an issue with the printer itself :?

:D Hi, When the nozzle and hot bed are preheated before printing begins,
the consumables will melt as the nozzle temperature increases.

My print profile for A10M use leak-stop technique in gcode directly (for glass bed only!). See start part of gcode.

Printers A10/A10M should be pre-heated at least for 7 minutes, better 10. Maybe A30 need it too?
