Servo control with A30

HI. I have built a servo controlled nozzle wiper which I have mounted on the frame of my A30. The goal is to set up an M code routine to raise the nozzle to a set height, deploy the brush arm attached to the servo from it's stowed location to a specific degree setting over the print bed, then move the nozzle on it's X-Axis back and forth through the brush a couple of times to clean it off. Is there a way to do this that is available in the motherboard that came with the A30 (a place to connect the servo)?

Hi, very good idea, but I am afraid can't achieve it.

Meaning there is no place to plug in a servo on the A30 motherboard? OK, then maybe come at it from a different angle. Is there a pin on the board that I can trigger with an M code command? If so, then maybe I can program an Arduino Uno that takes that signal, and actually deploys/stows the arm?

Hi, the A30 uses the smatto firmware.
For information about the motherboard,
you can refer to it here: https://www.geeetech.com/download.html?download_id=43

For nozzle cleaning you should use bucket for dual colour printing. See my A10M profile thread
