Mind of it's own.

I bought an A30 that had a faulty 12v power supply. I installed a 24v supply and used buck converters for the fans and the mosfet.
The firmware installed is v1.59, if I remember rightly.
When I tried moving the z+ axis, via the GUI, the x+ axis moved. When I tried to move the x axis, the motor just vibrated.
I did not try the Y.
The heated bed and nozzle started heating up, even though they were switched of on the screen.
I checked the motherboard and all the wiring looks OK. The motor wires were all still glued in place.
There are TMC2208s installed and the vref is 0.7v on all.
Does anyone know what could be wrong here? My first thought is that it is the firmware but could it be the control board?
