Hallo,
es ist nicht möglich, einen Druck mit dem Teil rauszubringen. Jetzt rattert bei ca. 30mm der rechte Stepper Motor der Z-Achse und es geht nicht mehr höher.

Hi, You can check it out.
  1. Is your lead screw bent?

  2. Whether the brass nut is too loose or too tight;

  3. Whether the left and right sides are at the same height, you can refer to this: https://www.geeetech.com/forum

I have noticed that the right and left height of the X-axis are adjusted after a few pressure tests. Then the axis moves and the described problem occurs again!

Hi, You can check if your left and right threaded rods are bent or missing threads.
It is also possible to check whether the fixing plate of the z-axis is fixedly fastened.
I hope this can help you.

Hi,
the answer took a while (holidays etc). What I noticed now is that both threaded rods when starting up to a height of about 180mm in the upper bearings are about 3-5mm back and forth. From that height, this movement is over. Is that right and wanted? Are the threaded rods possibly bent or the upper bearings broken? :?:

Hi, You can remove the threaded rod for inspection to determine if the threaded rod is bent.

So, I have now finished with this printer and bought the Chiron from Anycubic. This prints right away and how he should! Pity about the wasted time and money! :oops:
