Hi, Can you describe something specific?

You most likely should loosen the screws on the brass nuts of the z-rods slightly. If they are too tight, they tend to lock at certain positions. Unscrew them a bit, then screw them back in but only to the point where they are barely tight. Then open them again about a half to a full turn.

Hope that helps :)

Hi, You can
1. Check if your threaded rod is missing or bent, and replace it if necessary.
2. Check if your coupling is installed properly;
3. You can adjust the voltage of the driver board (0.8-1.2V)

Hi,

My Threaded rods seems right.
My couplers seem right.
I tried 0.8v, 0.9v, and 1v on the driver, it does not change anything.

On the other hand, I saw that the wheels of the z axis (left) do not turn by hand. So much so that on the right it turns well in the hand, is it normal, is that set?

Thank you.

Hi, You can check if your bearing wheel is deformed or if the guide rail is deformed.

This situation causes the camera to not move properly.

If it is caused by deformation, it needs to be replaced.

I hope this can help you.

Hi, You can see if the rail is recessed in the middle and the bearing wheel cannot move normally;

Then if the guide rail is normal, but the bearing wheel can not work properly on the guide rail,
there may be a problem with the bearing wheel.

You can consult with your sales for details.
