We all read that chinese printer kits are a pain in the ass, but I consider myself a maker and a tinker so I said, screw it!. The kit arrived I assembled it, and off course started having problems. I´m going to list all the problems and solutions that I faced and came up with, as a warning, for anyone considering buying a chinese kit, and specially from Geeetech.
Poor instructions, a pdf that didn´t match and really poor explained videos. This added to my newbieness made me overtight one of the screws breaking the acrylic, uncorrectly tight the belts, leaving them too loose. (took 3 days to assemble it, and had to come back over my steps several times)
Both smooth and threaded rods bent. (First I attempted to strighten them but ended up replacing all of them in the end)
Underpowered PSU, got a 15A instead of at least 20A, 25 would be the recomended here (ended up burning and had to replace it, went with a 30A psu).
