Leveling problem

Post by ChrisH90 » Wed Apr 17, 2019 12:16 pm

Hello all, it seems like I did not have much luck with my new A30. There are a lot of things that won`t work and some things who where damaged already at delivery.
Anyway, I tried to repair step by step to get the A30 run. One thing however I can`t explain and I hope you have a solution for this:
Everytime when I would like to start the print I have to level the bed (even though I have the Auto-Level-Sensor). It seems like the two stepper motors run different or loose steps. For example yesterday morning I startet printing with a Z-Shift of -3.15mm. The next print I have to adjust the Z-Shift to -3.45mm and so on until the last print on the evening with a shift of -4.05mm. For this I`d done a manual leveling and it seems that it differs from left side to the right side. Has anyone the same problems? Can anybody help me with this?

Hi, i think to have your same problem with my A30
Often (after approximately 4 or 5 print) my bed is not aligned, and i need to align it manually.
I'm not able to understand the source of this issue.
I tried to tie wheels under bed, so to fix better the plate, but i didn't resolve it.

Can anyone help us to understand the problem?
Thanks

Hi,
I think you should check the T8 rod is bent or not.
Then try to increase the vref of the A4988 to 1.1V and test it.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.
-Respect others is the best way you can get help!
