Hello,
I have just bought a A30 and it is randomly restarting and requires me to start the unpause the print again.
This is happening with the SD card and no USB attached.
I have tried different SD cards but the same happens.
I have updated to the latest firmware software and it still occurs.

Can anyone enlighten me on what is wrong? And how i can resolve it?

You've got a nasty ailment.

It can be difficult to diagnose at a distance but we can try.
You will have to do the tests very carefully, and describe the results even more precisely.

Do you have a multimeter

No i do not.
Interestingly, we send prints through the USB via 3d printer and it doesn't restart and it prints great.
So this is only happening when using a microsd card (any card)

This is a good omen.
It also narrows down the scope of the search.

It seems the sd card extension board has an issue.
Try to contact the sales and ask them to send you a new extension board.
