Z-Axes don't stop at the end-switch

I have a new A30 and did the first leveling. After that I wanted to move all axles to the limit switch once. The Z-axis moves to the limit switch, LED goes on and the axis then moves up a little bit to move back to the limit switch. The LED goes on again, but the axle doesn't stop and continues with all its power to the switch. What is wrong here and how can I please correct it?
Have the A30 an Emergency-Stop???
Is there a reset function, or default switch, or is it possible to restore factory settings?

Hello.
You can use the Reset button as an emergency stop.
Look in the operator panel menu for the function of restoring the factory settings.

Hi,Kosmoonavt
Could you help to check these?
1.Try to check the endstop status at first
You can try to use the M119 to check it
2.Check your firmware version
The new firmware version is V1.38.59
You can try to update it to this version firmware then you can test it
3.Check the auto level function is disabled

Hi, I fined that it stops using auto level sensor. And after upgrading software, it can’t see any files from any sd card. I can’t print from PC, I am Mac user.

Hi,
1.At first, the A30 can work on Mac. You can use the Cura for it and control it.
2.For the sd card problem
You can try to format your sd card to FAT32 then copy the gco file to the sd card.
Then test it work or not
