blacksreeen after update

I had some problems with the z axis. My software relase was 1.37.58. I saw in the release discription, that this could be the reason.
Therfor I downloaded the software 1.38.59 and installed with smartto 1.2 first the file A30_S01_V1_38.bin.
After that my screen is black
. What a´can I do?
I tried toinstall A_30M07_V1_59 but ist does not work.
Any idea?

Hello again, is here anybody who can helb me with my problem.
I have bought a new printer but I can´t print with it.

Int he read.me from Version 1.38.59 Geeetech write: "When upgrading through the Smartto Firmware Upgrader Tool, you need to use the V2.x or higher version of the tool to complete the upgrade correctly. V1.x's Smartto Firmware Upgrader Tool upgrade tool will cause type identification errors because the firmware naming rules are redefined."
Where I can find the Smartto Firmware Upgrader Tool V2.x?

Thank you for your answer.
But that is no help for my probelm. I asked where I can find the Smartto Firmware Upgrader Tool V2.x.
Geeetech wrote that it is nessesary for the update of version 1.38.59 - the current version for the A30.
And I asked waht else can I do. I read al lot of informations from the Geeetech side before I asked at the forum.

When the Chinese holiday is over, I'll ask someone from the GT team to make this tool available for us.
Or maybe it is somewhere in FB resources

In Germany we can give things back if they don't work. This printer doesn't work with the actual software version. If nobody can help me to change the version I have to give the printer back, get my money back and buy another printer from a company thats works, like Josef Prusa.
My other printer is from Josef Prusa. If you have a questin there you get an answer in minutes, sometimes in hours but never you have to wait weeks.
I have invested a lot hours to find a solution but what I see here on the server is not a good service.
Kaktus, I thing you try to make a good job but if the service team from geeetech (if it exist) did't help you, than you work at least helps nothing.
