Nothing is working :(

Hello,
i recently got the A30 and at first thing i noticed was feeding issues. The extruder steps werent calibratet correctly. So I did calibrate them correctly and wanted to update the firmware. As I did that the printer and the LCD didnt work anymore. I tried the steps from this forum ("A30 blackscreen issue") to fix it but it didnt work out either. I also connected the printer to my pc to be able to controll it but this would work too. As Im now trying to update or downgrade the firmware it only works for the mainboard. When Im trying to update the firmware of the LDC after a period of nothing happening it says "error" and "timeout". Im using "smartto firmware" for the updates. Hope u can help me.
