Jerk and Accel settings?

Anyone care to share what Acceleration and Jerk settings will smooth out the A30 and get rid of ghosting?

Jerk X/Y/E 10 - Z 0.5

Those values are nearly the same as mine except i tend to run a slightly lower jerk of 9.0 on X/Y/E
