SOLVED - Wrong middleposition (Homeposition), (G28)

Post by berlinchris81 » Mon Apr 08, 2019 12:22 am

Hello Geeetech Forum, until this morning, the A30 has printed super. Since today the middle position is no longer in the middle of the heating bed. It is about 5 cm away from the middle of the area. When I start printing, the printhead moves to the wrong position and starts the AutoLeveling, but always 5 cm further back than "normal", so that the last row of the 9 leveling points is only 1 cm from the edge. This creates incorrect readings and results in a wrong non-clean print image. How can I reset the middle? I have already reset the factory settings and renewed the firmware, both without result.

THX 4 Ur Help

It seems your printer lost the hardware version.
Then the firmware can't work normally.
You can send this gcode via Smartto toolkit:
"M2009 V3.0"

Hi William,

thanks for your help. The HW Version is now shown in the "About Screen". But the y Axis is still in wrong place. If i press the "Home" sign the A30 goes to the Coordinates given in the picture. Is there a Command to set the x and y axis to 160? That should be the right place.

Thx for your help

Chris

Hi friends,

I just found that when I do manual leveling, the starting point is at x0y0. OK. If I turn on AutoLeveling then the home point is at x162y211. with the result that the AutoLevel starts at the wrong point. Normally it starts in the Point x169y160. I think there is something wrong with the AutoLevel calibrated.

It is correct. When it homing then it will stop at X162 Y211.(The Z values of mine is the Z2)
We didn't see the problem with it.
When it starts print then it will move to the correct XYZ point.
