A30 Control Box goes off once connected to the bed

Post by philipazi » Sun Dec 09, 2018 3:57 am

Hi I just got my first 3D Printer which happens to be an A30. Im trying to set it up for the first time and whenever the Control box is connected to the bed, it suddenly goes off and stays off. The LED also goes black / off. The power switch stays on but the fans / motors in the control box suddenly stop. The axes limit switches still work fine when activated. At first I thought it was the black screen problem mentioned in another topic but whenever I disconnect the bed, everything else works fine.

Does anybody know how I can fix this?

I just checked the male connector to the control box and this is how the wires were connected:

1 - No wire
2 - Black
3 - Blue
4 - Red
5 - No wire
G - Green

Is this in order?

Meanwhile, at the base of the heating bed, this is how the same wires are connected:
